The Ruin Script

a sanctuary of verses—where silence shatters, wounds speak, and the condemned are silenced in flesh.

connections formed in unexpected places sometimes turn out to be the most genuine. meeting you back in 2020 in a space where identities were veiled and people came and went easily, never felt like something that would last, and yet ours did. what began as simple conversations became a kind of friendship that distance never really erased. one that feels steady in ways words do not always explain.

even now, we do not talk often because life keeps moving for both of us, yet nothing really changes between us. there is comfort in knowing that silence does not weaken what we have, that we can return to conversation as if no time has passed. not every connection survives distance and time, but ours does, and that is something i quietly appreciate.

little by little, i came to see the kind of person you are. kind in ways that feel effortless, witty in ways that make things lighter, and genuine in ways that are rare. you are the kind of friend i never expected to find, and perhaps that is why the bond feels more meaningful. unplanned yet deeply valued.

you are someone i hope is living well. doing the things you love and finding peace in your own way. even from afar, i pray that your heart is in a safe place. from a quiet distance, i hope that life is meeting you with the gentleness you deserve.

no matter how distance stretches between us or how rarely we speak, you remain someone close to me in a way that does not fade. we are living our own lives now, growing in our own directions, yet the connection stays where it has always been. and somewhere ahead, when we finally meet in person. not as strangers who once talked online, but as friends who carried each other’s presence through the years and chose to keep it.

this valentine’s day, this is simply a reminder that you are appreciated and loved as a friend more than you probably realize. some connections are unexpected, but they turn into something lasting, and ours is one of them. i hope you are gentle with yourself, and may genuine happiness stay with you wherever life takes you.

with hearts and gratitude,
aki
